I have said it before and I will say it again—hell, I'll probably say it at least once a week until the day I drop dead—but Dave White (Exile in Guyville, movies.com) is the most amusing writer I know. Don't believe me? Become his buddy on Facebook. You won't see Dave White trying to jack fans for twenty-two bucks for a trumped up "funny animals" book.
Dave had a piece ("My Arm The Porn Star") in the first issue of the Los Angeles literary mag Slake and will be appearing in issue 2 as well. However, since his story is topical, but new Slake won't be out till early 2011, the editors are running it now on their website. "An XXXmas Carol" offers another terrifying, gut-busting glimpse into Dave's life, where he routinely puts up with the kind of bat-shit craziness that ordinary mortals can barely read about without wincing.
